To help us respond faster, please include your GitHub organization name and a short description of what you were doing when the problem happened.
Sign in at app.codechamp.app with your GitHub account, then follow the onboarding flow to install the GitHub App on your organization and pick the repositories you want tracked. Org admin permission is required to complete installation.
Only the repositories you explicitly grant access to during install. You can change the selection at any time from your GitHub organization's installed apps settings, or from the Repositories page inside CodeChamp.
Only the derived numbers needed for the leaderboard — points, badge state, and configuration. We do not store pull-request titles or bodies, commit messages, diffs, file contents, or repository contents. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Open Settings → Billing inside the app and use "Manage subscription" to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack, authorize the workspace, and choose the channel to post into. The digest runs once a week and names the top reviewer for the period.
First, trigger a manual sync from Settings → Repositories. If a reviewer is missing, confirm their GitHub account is a member of the organization and that the repositories where they review are enabled. If something still looks off, email us with the org name and a PR number that should have counted.
From Settings → Danger zone you can delete your CodeChamp workspace, which removes all derived scores and badge state. You can also email support@codechamp.app and we'll handle it for you.
Please email support@codechamp.app with the subject "Security" and a description of the issue. Do not open public GitHub issues for security reports.
